La Elita is a single-family housing project located in a rural area near the city of Pereira on the road that connects with Armenia, at an altitude of 1411 meters above sea level. The project can be summarized in the question of the possibilities that architecture has to invent a new ground on a "non-existent" lot. We refer to a residual property with a small trapezoidal plateau that falls abruptly.
